Facilitator / Subject Matter Expert
	A Facilitator is a Subject Matter Expert who imparts their knowledge and 
	experiences during the contact sessions, by means of presentations or 
	activities. &nbsp; 
	Programme Convenors
	Programme Convenors are appointed by CESA, and work in conjunction with 
	CESA’s Education and Training Committee in assuring the quality of the 
	programme’s content. &nbsp; Convenors are responsible for marking and assessing 
	assignments and exams and for the general roll-out of the programme, in 
	conjunction with CESA’s Education and Training Manager.&nbsp; &nbsp; 
	Module Convenors
	Module Convenor is responsible for setting the aims and learning outcomes 
	of the module and, alongside other subject matter experts who facilitate on 
	the module, for ensuring that the delivery and assessment of the module, 
	including resource considerations, setting, and marking of assignments and 
	summative (exams) assessments, facilitates the achievement of the stated 
	learning outcomes and the quality of the assessment process for the module. 
	&nbsp; 
	BCE Mentors
	At the start of the programme each student will be assigned a BCE Mentor, 
	whose role is to support the Student throughout the programme. &nbsp; 
	The BCE Mentor is a person with a high level of experience and 
	qualification in the Consulting Engineering Industry. &nbsp; 
	The BCE Mentor role is to:
	<ul>
		<li>Provide the student with support and guidance throughout the 
		learning programme. </li>
		<li>Provides assistance and guidance with assignments and activities 
		that are to be completed outside of the online sessions in the workplace 
		and as self-learning. </li>
		<li>Build a relationship with the student in all matters concerning the 
		agreement between the student, the workplace and CESA. </li>
		<li>Communicate with the student on the status of Assignment submission.
		</li>
		<li>Support learner's requests and counselling adequately.</li>
		<li>Recommend to the student ways to improve on knowledge or behavioural 
		weaknesses. </li>
	</ul>
