At the end of the phase, they review the achievements of the just completed phase against the objectives that were set for the phase.

Reviewers will monitor the quality of the submissions throughout the process and provide feedback and support to the mentors and candidates via the MentAnet.

Objectives are then set for the next phase.

After one or more phases, when the Candidate has worked at the required exit level, the Mentor and Candidate may determine that sufficient evidence of competence has been accumulated to apply for registration, provided that a minimum of three-year period has elapsed.

The Candidate then prepares an application for registration setting out evidence of competency.

A MentAnet system has been developed to electronically provide guidance to the companies in terms of the requirements as well as allow candidates, employers, mentors and reviewer to upload their evidence against requirements.

This allows for individuals, when available, to work through the guidelines (web-clips or documents) and upload their evidence. It also allows for reviewers remote access to the submission for reviewing purposes. Candidates can also communicate with their mentors and mentors with reviewers through the MentAnet.

CETA will also have access to monitor progress against milestones.
