Introducing speakers and welcoming guests was Wally Mayne, CESA contractual affairs manager. The first speaker of the day was Dave Clark, past chairperson of the CESA Eastern Cape – Border Kei Branch, who shared insight on the topic ‘Our clients - are you their trusted advisor and partner’? In his discussion, Clark provided attendees with helpful knowledge on becoming a great asset for your clients.</p> <p>The second and final speaker of the day was CESA past president and member of the CESA supply chain management committee, Craig Clarke who presented the topic ‘Calculate consulting engineering fees from first principles and avoid reckless fee discounting'.
