This series of one-day seminars, initiated by CESA is aimed specifically at closing the age and skills gap in the engineering and infrastructure environment through empowering our youth. The underlying philosophy for these seminars is that the sharing of unique experiences by senior consulting engineers will result in more informed young professionals who will make informed choices, either to grow within the firm of their employment or to start their own consulting engineering firms when they are in a position to do so.</p>
