<td><p>Providing professional development opportunities to our industry’s youth, CESA has hosted two webinars amid lockdown. The CESA Youth Best Practice Webinar: Leadership and Management has been presented in June and July by CESA in association with PPS Insurance.</p>
<p>The first CESA Youth Best Practice Webinar: Leadership and Management was held on Thursday, 30 June 2020. This is a platform for young professionals to explore opportunities for growth and development, through the Young Professionals Forum (YPF); Engineering and Entrepreneurship; and Engineering and Career Options. Originally launched in 2019, this year we have had to host an online series owing to the Covid-19 pandemic. The anchor speaker was Mulalo Silidi, Regional Director - Engineering – AEM at Hatch, who shared his own life story and expertise coupled with best practices in engineering and career options.</p>
<p>On Friday, 24 July, a second CESA Youth Best Practice Webinar: Leadership and Management was held featuring a host of speakers including Mokotsene Mukwamataba from HHO Africa, Renee Petersen from SMEC South Africa, and PPS Insurance’s Yazeed Davids. </p></td>
